Please call the New Hanover Township Authority for all sewer related emergencies at (610) 754-6432.
If the call is place during non-business hours, business hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., please call (610) 754-6432 and select option 4 to leave a message. Please make sure to leave your telephone number. Staff personal will call you back to assist you.
What is the quarterly sewer rental charge?
The quarterly sewer rental charge is $150.00 per EDU.
When are quarterly sewer rental payments due?
The quarterly sewer rental payments are due on the following dates; January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31.
How can I pay my quarterly sewer rental bill?
Your quarterly sewer rental payment can be paid through the mail by check, money order, or cashiers check.
You can pay your bill at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, which is located at 2990 Fagleysville Road, Gilbertsville, PA 1952. Payments are accepted in person Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m..
There is also drop box at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, however please note that cash payments CANNOT be placed into the drop box.
Please DO NOT drop off your sewer bill payment at the following locations: New Hanover Township Administrative building located at 2943 North Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, PA 19525, New Hanover Township Police Station, or the Police Station Drop Box that is located at 2943 North Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, PA 19525, or any BB&T banking location.
What is the fee for a check that is returned for non-sufficient funds?
All accounts that have checks returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $50.00 non-sufficient fund fee?
