WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY OPERATOR III -  New Hanover Township Authority, Montgomery County, PA seeks a skilled and experienced individual to serve as its Wastewater Operator III.  This successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks required to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the WWTP facilities and collection system.  Candidate must possess both mechanical and electrical aptitude.  Previous wastewater experience is desirable but will train candidate that meets the other job requirements as described in job description located on the township website.  FT, 40 hrs/wk with OT required when needed.  Participate in on-call, weekend and holiday rotation.  Must be able to perform manual labor and lift 80 lbs.  Possess a PA DEP Wastewater System Class B Subclass 1,4 Operator Certification or the ability to acquire within 18 months of hire.  A valid PA CDL B with air brakes and tanker endorsement and clean driving record or the ability to acquire the license within 6 months.  Must pass drug/alcohol/physical exam.  EOE.

LABORER II (SEASONAL) - New Hanover Township Authority, Montgomery County, PAis accepting applications for a Laborer II on a seasonal basis from April through September at $14 per hour.  The successful applicant will perform semi-skilled maintenance work and need to operate various pieces of equipment. All applicants must possess and maintain a valid PA Driver’s License and have a High School Diploma/GED. Must pass drug/alcohol/physical exam.  EOE
