9th annual Montgomery County Trail Challenge
The Montgomery County Office of Public Health, in partnership with the Montgomery County Planning Commission, Commissioners, and Parks, Trails, and Historic Sites, is sponsoring a family-friendly Trail Challenge for all ages!

The Montco Trail Challenge is a great opportunity for families and individuals of all ages to exercise, explore, and experience the traffic-free network of parks, trails, and historic sites throughout the County. Selected parks and trails throughout the County have been identified and assigned their own unique shape which is mounted at trailheads or parking lots. Upon visiting the listed parks and trails, participants have to find and correctly identify the designated shape, similar to a scavenger hunt. Folks are invited to the Montco Trail Challenge Kick-off on Saturday, April 27 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Lorimer Park, 183 Moredon Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 with a rain date of Sunday, April 28.
The event will feature a FREE helmet fitting and distribution for children attending the event on a first-come, first-serve basis. They will also have fun activities for kids, bike and pedestrian safety resources for families, and more!
